With a passion for luxury hospitality, Daniela Ricalis is dedicated to connecting exceptional people with exceptional opportunities.

  • Daniela Correia Ricalis has always been drawn to hospitality. Her journey began in the Cayman Islands, where she lived and worked in the hospitality sector, gaining firsthand insight into what makes luxury properties succeed. Along the way, she realized her true talent: connecting exceptional people with extraordinary opportunities. Friends and colleagues began asking if she knew the right person for key positions, and what started as casual introductions quickly became a passion for professional matchmaking. 

    Seeing a gap in luxury hospitality recruitment, Daniela founded DC Global Talent with a simple mission: to connect exceptional hospitality and foodservice professionals with career opportunities at the world's most prestigious destination properties.
